I’ve been trying to change my diet to incorporate healthier foods. But, being a lover of foods I was finding it difficult to make it stick. I didn’t want to give up anything especially my fondness for cheeses, tart frozen yogurt, fried chicken and sweets. So, I thought about incorporating a just food portion into the blog. But, we’ll see where that goes. I mean all I really like to do is take food photos and eat it. I’m not a critic. I just know what I like when I like it.
