Bon Appetit

I did get the Bon Appetit interview after all.  I went in today at 1pm and it was an hour long interview.  I had to go during my lunch from a temp job today but they were really nice about it.  Anyways, it went really well.  Appparently, the HR guy received hundreds of resumes but only called in 10 to 15 for an interview.  He then discusses the potentials with the managing editor and then another round of interviews.  But he said that my portfolio was impressive and that if this doesn’t work out then I shouldn’t have a problem going to another publication.  The office is the penthouse and has an amazing view.  He says the pay is crap but all the big editors started from assistants.  So, there is room for advancement.
